Just won a stock for a Nylon 66 that I wasn't intending to. I put in bids till I was high bidder just to see where the current proxy bid was and ended up winning it at that bid. Usually see these stocks in this condition going for 50-75% more than I bid. There's another on eBay right now asking $125 more than I paid.

Guess it's time to start putting the one I have in pieces back together. I bought a fairly beat up Nylon 66 a couple years ago for cheap knowing it needed TLC. Tore it down and it's been sitting that way ever since.

If you got it cheaper than average just resale it or keep it and fix your gun either way you come out ahead.

Oh I'm glad I got it and will use it. Just wasn't ready to drop what I did pay for it at this very moment.

Accidentally won a brand new Kenner 1800 vision with new trailer and old Evinrude 100. Placed a ridiculous low bid of $5700 At 1:35 in the AM. Woke up next day and saw I won. Was a no reserve auction in 07. Boat was a 07 model. Drove my arse to Guntersville alabama to buy it from Guntersville Boat Mart. Needless to say they were pissed enough having to sell it for that prIce. Plus I was LSU fan in 07.

Sold that boat last year for $7500

You've seen the reassembly instructions too? I watched a few videos when I disassembled it and they all said it's quite difficult. I should be able to figure it all out though.

Hope it goes together no problems. I have read stories of people taking boxes of parts to gunsmiths after they couldn't get the guns back together.
