Question about carpenter bees & pollination of blueberry bushes?

I've got 4 blueberry bushes & noticed a lot of carpenter bees hanging around the blossoms. I thought that all bees were good for pollination but I've read that carpenter bees actually split the blossom parts & damage it, making it harder for other bees/insects to do their pollination jobs. What should I do, get rid of the carpenter bees are just let nature take it's course? TIA
