We boiled Friday and Saturday. Good bugs both nights. Cooking a fat ribeye to have with leftover gumbo. Maybe some tater salad.

Linguine with pistachio crema and speck with a 2011 Leflaive Meursault Le Poruzot.

ETA: also made salted caramel chocolate mousse from David Lebovitz's "My Paris Kitchen" cookbook. Damn, it's a great dish and easy recipe.

I've got a rack of baby backs in the smoker along with a pan of beans with leftover smoked brisket cubed up from a few months ago. I'm looking forward to the smoked beans.

Grilled NY strips, baked potatoes, broccoli. (The baked potatoes are only a maybe. Bought a toaster oven while the kitchen is out of commission and it doesn't seem to be working correctly.)

Leftover Christmas spaghetti & meatballs, from 2014 or 2013? It wasn't 2012, I think I did a meat sauce that year.

Went a little heavy on the bleu cheese. Luckily I like bleu cheese, but it did take away from the burger.
