Looks like ex-military, has a welding machine at his home. Likely a person who is disgruntled by the growth and development. Does not have a day job, as he has free time in the middle of the night to drive around (probably a plant worker or a cop.) Likely does not have a wife and children living in the area that he would be worried about running over these things in the morning.

I was wondering. About 2 or 3 weeks ago I was driving through central at night and caught what looked like a bunch of those in middle of road and sure enough about half mile down I had a flat. it didn't pop my tire to bad to where I couldn't control the vehicle.. This happened on Greenwell Springs btw.
