My serious advice is to evaluate why you need the attention here first. Decide how to reacclimatize to the meaningful and important relationships you had but shunned for one petty reason or another.

If you don't do your own inventory and change, don't expect the world to continue to revolve around you and a world they can do without.

go out with friends
realize that no matter how much you want to send that last text or that last phone call, it isnt worth the heartache at the end.

Time is the only cure. If I'm really infatuated and she showed me some interest it's a 6 mo process. I've learned to go cold turkey if I know deep down that I've been rejected
