I love popcorn, but I've always had a hard time loving it without real clarified butter on it. That's just heaven on earth to me.

I like microwaved popcorn for a quick lunch or snack, so let's get that out of the way. I buy Black Jewel which is delicious.

I stopped eating popcorn for a while because I didn't want to eat the butter. Then, I discovered olive oil. Good olive oil is delicious on popcorn. Open the bag while the popcorn is still hot, drizzle some olive oil over the top and shake the bag so the corn gets tossed around. Up and down doesn't work as well.

For about a year, I've been using Domenica olive oil on the Black Jewell. I'm having it for lunch right now. I keep bottles of the Domenica oil around and it's so good on popcorn.

That is all.

I have a popcorn obsession, exacerbated by my recent airpopper purchase. I use olive oil and this stuff:

Holy. Mother. Of. God.

That's interesting. I don't think I've ever used a powdered cheese seasoning before. I just love the olive oil.

While not quite as healthy as good olive oil, I use this along with some parmesan cheese when I make popcorn and it does the trick nicely (instead of canola/vegetable oil).

Also good on popcorn, strawberries and cucumbers. Expensive.

I love popcorn done at home in a heavy pot (I have an old one kept only for popcorn). Enough oil and seasoning of your choice on the bottom, high heat and expertly shaken.

The olive oil intrigues me . . . hmmm
