After watching those interviews and hearing a player crying in the background during the Hornsby video, I really feel bad for these guys. As hard as it can be to watch games slip away, I really like these guys and Coach Jones.

Not that I'm aware of. Perhaps you are not familiar with the term "bless". It's the opposite of cursing or giving someone the finger. I'm wishing them all well. I think they're all good guys.

I agree with this post. In the end these kids wanted this win more than any of us fans did and it's heartbreaking seeing the interviews. It's terrible how some of you are talking about this team. To the negatigers, go to hell.

if the kids wanted the win, then why didn't they practice shooting free throws more? Or practice shooting more? The kids are talented but talent only gets you so far.

Haha

You don't score in the last 9+ minutes and lose by one. God must hate LSU.

How do you know they didn't? Don't get me wrong, It is ridiculous we missed our last 12 shots and 6 free throws, but sometimes you just can't get it to fall.

Hopefully this drives the team (sans Hornsby) to get in the gym and get better.

From all accounts plus the eye test, Hornsby is first in, last out, and it shows.

How do you know that they don't practice shooting free throws? And you're implying that they didn't want to win. Didn't you see Mickey at the line and how nervous he was?

Well you obviously have never competed on any type of level or have been involved with organized sports and don't understand the process. This might be the dumbest thing I've heard on this board. You really don't think they practiced free throws? You really don't think they gave everything they had to win this game?

May God Bless this team and You as well. I'm not trying to demean you at all. Please think about how hard these kids have worked only to see their season or maybe even college career end this way.
