They can do this because Gary Chouest and the port are making a killing on the 300-400 boats tied up in Fourchon right now.

BRB, heading down there to look for F250's by the side of the road with for sale signs on them. Maybe pick up a bay boat too, for the right price.

Just left C-Port 2 and Shell, BHP, and Schlumberger seemed to be doing just fine.
