If you have never played it YES! I have played this and the original at least 6 times and have over 80 hours in it.

Love this game, but it's very difficult. I'd say def worth it.

If you can keep a supply of gas mask filters then the difficulty is OK, but Jesus it's a fricking hassle. Some of the monsters are nothing but bullet sponges. Those are my only complaints.
