Where to start kids education acct?

My wife and I are selling an inherited piece of property. Its not big and will go for about90- 95k.We have a few things that we will do some of the money and want to start an education savings for our 3 kids with the rest.We have some saved already but not nearly enough.Where do I begin? The kids are 10,5,and 4. Looking at putting about 70k up for them. TIA
