At their peak I would say yes.

Paranoid Android live on Jools Holland

Some talent right there.

I just listened to about 30 seconds of your link and that douche's voice makes me want to kick puppies.

Thanks for reminding me why only stoners and hippies liked radiohead after The Bends.

So you hate his voice yet you like The Bends?

I can get people not liking his voice, but regardless, you have to admit that he is a great singer. People try to copy him all the time, Chris Martin, Matt Bellamy, they try to sound just like Thom Yorke.

What saved The Bends was the fact that they hadn't hit their extreme experimental sound. They still had a rock vibe and songs like High and Dry and Fake Plastic Trees work. I don't even know how to describe it.

Fake Plastic Trees is a great song. I actually like their more experimental stuff the best, Kid A is probably my favorite album.

Best I can say about Radiohead was that they inspired bands like Coldplay and Muse.

They just got too trendy for my taste. I mean EVERY single hippie I knew played Kid A from beginning to end for a year.

There really is no way to quantify that, but yes, they are one of the best bands of all time. They have changed and merged styles throughout their career, and always remain wildly successful, and interesting from a musical standpoint.

They have a ton of haters, but those people really just don't get it, which is something that those people will never admit.

I understand if you don't enjoy darker music, but that certainly doesn't mean it is bad.

Yes, Radiohead shits all over The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Phish, Mozart, etc. Why anyone else even bothers trying to make music is a mystery to me.

I get it, I just don't care for it that much... I much prefer their early stuff.

I also don't hate them, just stopped really listening to them..

My vote is "NO"

They're not even the best band to record Paranoid Android or Creep (and that's the only reason to consider them at all).
