Safari wrong location

Safari has consistently been placing my location as MI when on Google or using a store locator, and I have to manually change it every time. I live nowhere near Michigan, and have Location Services turned on. I can't think of why else this would start out of nowhere and has been present for a couple of months. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
