Max Unger Physical Still Pending?

People on my facebook/twitter are freaking out saying Unger still has to pass a physical for the Saints Medical Staff. Jimmy Graham fans holding on to hope I guess... Is there any way that Unger would fail a physical? I know he missed some time last season, but his injury wasn't that serious right?
Any guesses as to WTF would happen if by some chance Unger failed his physical and the trade got nullified?
For the record, I liked the trade.

First, Unger finished the end of last season healthy, playing all of the playoff games.
Second, teams know what injuries players should have and how far along they should be in recovery.
And lastly, players fail physicals for two reasons: a known injury is worse than they thought and they don't trust how it will heal (think Brees and Miami) or they find a potentially serious undisclosed injury (like we did with Herring).

Also, Unger, at least as of yesterday, was still in Hawaii.

Physical is Monday morning. It would have to be something pretty crazy for him to fail.
