My buddy was about to hand him money when I walked up and said "Hey, you are the crying dude they talk about on TigerDroppings!"
He said "No I am not."
But took off when I brought his picture up.

He just hit me up walking into Schlitz and Giggles. I told him "no. I saw you at Acme 2 days ago". Then he said I just needed to borrow your phone. I was getting pretty mad but had kids with me so I walked off.

Yeah, that's probably it. It makes you not get so angry at him if you realize his heads not all there. We can only hope he gets the message when enough people start recognizing him, but he will just run away and find people who haven't heard of him yet.

He seriously sprints when you confront him. When I told him to F off, he took off running like a cheetah. Even if I wanted to chase him down, I don't think I could have caught up with him.
