Who's is the one most underrated team in CBB this season? Most overrated?

This is in no way a spinoff.
I've actually watched a good bit of basketball this year...
Underrated: Arizona. I think they get lost due to their geography and overshadowed by the BIG 12 and ACC teams. I know their in the top 5, but I just don't hear their name as much I it seems that I should. They dominate teams.
Overrated: This has been a popular pick for the past 15 years...you guessed it, Kansas.

villanova is pretty "underrated" imo. it's hard to say because they look to be properly ranked but they also never get talked about.

LSU lost to Auburn at home. Nobody is overrating them....

Underrated: Maryland, Providence
ETA: Yeah I know Maryland is ranked 8 now but they aren't discussed among teams that can make big tourney runs.

I wouldn't call Iowa underrated. Theyre rated just right. They're well coached but really aren't that talented and are bipolar as all hell. They lost to Penn St today,

I would consider Villanova underrated in that they aren't a very talked about team on a national scale despite their lofty ranking. They have a very efficient offense (1.131 points/possession).
There are quite a few teams that I would consider overrated in some ways.

villanova is like the opposite of kansas.
both teams are ranked appropriately and will get the right seeding in the tournament.
but villanova never gets talked about and is a legit title contender while kansas just kinda sucks.

I didn't think Villanova was for real based on their tourney flop and their two blowout losses to Creighton last year. Figured they were a decent team with an inflated record. Then I watched them eviscerate St John's and came away with a completely different thought. That is a legitimate team and I wouldn't be shocked at all if they're playing in the title game.

Yea Nova beats the shite out of just about every team they play...I wanted to "underrate" them but their still a consensus one seed, no?
