Is this a good deal? I've never purchased anything refurbished before.

I bought the same one in like new condition a few months ago and it's been great. I've been very happy with it and have zero complaints.

I'm getting rid of mine to replace it with the 54" version with rear satellite speakers.
The 38" is very good and a definite upgrade if you're just using your tv speakers currently. I think that price may be a bit high though.

I've purchased many refurb items based on the logic that the broken item has been repaired, and the failure odds have been reduced proportionately. All electronics are still in working order, but I tend to buy higher end electronic refurbs.

can someone tell me a little about soundbars?
once again a topic cad is ignorant of.
i know i want bluetooth and i regret that my amazing 5.1 system is going into the basement bedroom with my son
so i'm looknig for something sleek taht will rock the house.
def. want a sub..not familiar with wireless ones.
is the 38" or 42" vizio 2.1 with wireless sub the way to go?
eta i see what the 2nd poster is saying..amazon has a refurb version for $10 more than the ebay seller:
