I've veen starting and stopping diets for forever!!! I don't have a problem working out eating is the issue. I'll start off good until the weekend and everyone wants to eat recreational.

What's best idea and food to stick to? Ps I love sweets so that's the weakness

Don't think of it as a diet. Think of it as a lifestyle change.

If you are the type of person that needs a menu based lifestyle change, check out this link. Includes 183 days of menus with recipes.

There you go. Too much sugar will kill any diet. Lean protein, no white carbs.. potatoes, pasta or rice. Stick to quinoa, brown rice and other whole grains for carbs. Get sugar intake from fruit and fresh roasted beets.

Check out the forum 3fatchicks. They have a bunch of good discussion going on there.

It comes down to self control. If you don't have it, it's not gonna happen.

I have been doing vegan before 6 which is really been great. I haven't seen a huge weight difference but I have great energy with eating a ton of new plant based foods.

I have been following Sugar Busters more-or-less since October and have lost 23 pounds. It has been pretty easy to follow because I was never a big eater of sweets...I do miss Zapps crawtaters! Had a physical yesterday and systolic BP dropped 20 points. Yes, I was fat (6', 226 pounds), but happy with the progress...about 15 pounds to go.

flexible dieting or If it fits into your macros is the only way

paleo is shite and not a lifestyle

don't do a fad diet. its a lifestyle. make small swaps and it will grow on you. enjoy a meal or two a week of what you want but follow the 80/20 rule. eat well 80% of the time

don't listen to the BS about gluten, low carb, paleo, etc

paleo is bro science and is a joke. beans and lentils and dairy are some of the best foods for men

Beans and lentils will not affect weight loss on the paleo diet.

Some argue they don't fit in for other reasons, tho.

It's not a fad diet at all. Actually pretty easy to maintain as a lifestyle. It's aa formidable as any other diet you could call "lifestyle" change
