Research and cell-phone videos are debunking the notion that white millennials are less racist than previous generations.
quote:

More troubling than the video is the data Politico's Sean McElwee used to pen an enlightening piece on Monday that argued millennials are not nearly as tolerant as they think they are. His closing paragraph warned that recent Supreme Court decisions that strike against civil-rights gains based on Chief Justice John Roberts' view of a post-racial, colorblind America foreshadow a bleak future.
quote:

"This is disturbing for the future of race in America," McElwee wrote. "The Roberts vision of radical colorblindness has irreparably harmed racial progress. If young Americans buy into his vision of a colorblind society -- and a large literature suggests they do -- white America and black America will diverge further, creating a permanent underclass in which people of color are denied equitable access to the American dream."
quote:

We're moving dangerously close to President Obama being the period at the end of Dr. King's dream sentence. President Obama is a civil-rights baby, a seed planted by a generation of Americans willing to sacrifice their lives for the idea of racial equality.
quote:

The Selfies have been bathed in white supremacy and the calculated decision to allow a handful of black entertainers to financially benefit from the commodification of negative black stereotypes.

This is the guy who during Jeremy Lin's meteoric rise in the NBA claimed on Twitter "Some lucky lady in NYC is gonna feel a couple inches of pain tonight".

His sincere & responsible apology at the time?

quote:

The couple-inches-of-pain tweet overshadowed my sincere celebration of Lin’s performance and the irony that the stereotype applies to pot-bellied, overweight male sports writers, too. As the Asian American Journalist Association pointed out, I debased a feel-good sports moment. For that, I’m truly sorry.

E's got to be E's. They have lost 12 chapters last two years over hazing, and stuff like this.

White millennials are the second most racist group of people in the United States. Behind the entire black race

The only thing I take away from all the race outrage is people are too stupid and are pussies.

Dude at Oklahoma doesn't like black people. Cool, don't be his friend. He's a douche.

That Lin joke was funny. But it's laughable that Whitlock would bring race into everything while making jokes like that. Hope he jokes about stuff like that all the time if it's funny. If he's preaching race shite I won't read what he has to say though. I'm tired of people telling me how I should feel about others.

Whitlock is usually very critical of blacks playing the race card.

This whole notion he is talking about may just be white people finally being sick of all the double standards.

The elephant in the room of all race discussions though is high level blacks holding their own kind down to benefit financially for themselves, which of course is rarely discussed.

Oh yes, it's all Chief Justice Robert's fault because of that crazy notion of ''color blindedness". That's why millenials are undeniably sinking into a whirlpool of racist ideology. Ooooh, it's really getting sooooo much worse!

Thanks, Chief Justice Roberts!

What an enormous idiot!
