All the time, I have met a lot of great people and had some good deals - the are dickbags every where so you shouldn't be surprised they are on facebook..

They are, but a lot of it has to Dow with stupid people paying OVER retail for guns and then trying to sell used guns for over retail pricing.
I've sold and traded a few. Still trying to find someone to trade me a small 10mm for my g19.

They are pretty shitty if you don't know what you are looking at is worth. Most of those guys probably take a third of what they ask for in a lot of those deals. I have noticed a few unsavory characters on the the couple I am apart of.

I have rarely seen 1 person on these pages that can type 1 sentence without at least 1 blatant grammatical error.
The worst, in my opinion, are people who don't know the difference between "or" and "are."

I feel the same about most of those facebook classified pages, whether it's for guns, or just general bullshite. It seems most people really aren't interested in selling anything at all, just post things with ridiculous prices in the hopes that someone bites. I still browse them occassionally because every so often you do find deals or things priced fairly.

They are filled with dumbasses. I am in about 10-12 groups. I have made a couple of deals using the groups. The people that can't spell or ask for way too much are 90% of those groups. I ignore them. They are a decent place to keep an eye out for wish list items or to get some general info, but everything on those pages must be taken with a cup of salt.

It's always fun to see Darnell "Biggest of Ballers" Jefferson offering up his high pernt fo $550.
Most people ask retail, but once you start private messaging you can pick up guns for decent prices. You just have to start high because everyone will talk your price down.
My favorite line is, "Never been fired". Really? So you don't even know if it's operational????
