So far, this is been nothing but a pain. Loading times are ridiculous, the heists are glitchy, and every time I try to launch something I get that now launching screen until I have to turn it off. So far, I've only played part one of the first heist

It is just an update, not DLC.
They've added a few other things like Daily objectives.

Sorry to hear that man. Sadly, I think this is a "you" problem. I played last night with 4 other friends, no problem at all. I was really surprised at how smooth it ran, having been around since GTAV release on the 360. What a pain that was.

Yeah, anyone who says that they are playing this game flawlessly with no problem right now is a damn liar! Its essentially the same as the day online launched. Plus, the servers are just bombarded right now.
