2000 Orange Bowl Highlights - Tom Brady's last collegiate game

Where did the GOAT's reign truly begin? Some might say the Super Bowl against the Rams. Others might say his last game as a college QB in the Orange Bowl against #5 Alabama. 369 yards passing to go along with his 4 touchdowns.

The super bowl against the Rams with 145 yards passing is probably number 2. Getting drafted by Belichicks team is number one.

All three losses that season were brutal. LaTech just sucked. Being from Tennessee and losing to them AGAIN sucked worse. And then we lose on a missed XP in the bowl game.

there was talk about some loon taking a sledgehammer to Pflugner's space at The Walk off Fame after that game.
i wouldn't put it past some uneducated rube going that far. Somebody threw a brick through Bill Curry's office window after losing at Homecoming one year. Maybe it was the same guy who parked a moving van in front of his house too.

I always accepted it as some sort of karma for beating Florida earlier that year in the Swamp on a missed XP in OT.
Definitely wouldn't put it past someone to go after Pflugner. I remember the things said about little Tiffin when he missed a million FGs against Arkansas.
