#Saints were also in on Kareem Jackson, who turned down more money to remain with #Texans. #NFL

Looks like we may squeeze in another big signing this season.

If we were the team that offered more money than the Texans, then we could definitely sign Culliver or Iupati if desired.

Well shite that makes me more depressed about it. REALLY wanted him. It does show we are going to make a hard run at a legit number two though. I think he got $8.5 m per and we were offering more so around $9 m I guess? Gives me hope we are going to fix the problem.

And yeah Culliver should be our next target.

The good news is that Greer and Sharper were both second choices behind guys that ended up being bust signings. Secondary secondary pickups have worked out well for us.

I thought he might have been, but couldn't remember who was the first choice. Sharper's was Sensabaugh, and Greer was the guy that was with the Rams (Cox?).

OK, Bartell was the preference over Greer. If Lewis wasn't our first choice, Perrish Cox would have been. So we've hit 3 home runs with second DB choices.

I think Cox was the guy we were going after with Lewis. And like he said Bartell was the Greer one. Bullet dodged.

Edit:
Ninja'd.

In that case I really want Chris Culliver.

He's had off the field issues. But when he plays, he's a playmaker and a great corner.

I thought that Predator was a yearly mandatory man watching, along with all exactly 4 Rocky movies that exist.
