There's another thread about Lafayette home builders so I thought I would let you guys know that we're probably going with the Francez built house. His quality looks the best.

LSULEFTY, did you end up going with a Francez Home? I'm looking at some of his builds and I am impressed. If so, how was the buying process with the builder? I know some builders work a little with you and some don't negotiate much. Any info appreciated. I'm looking at a few builders but like what Francez offers in his homes. Thanks

Whatever you do, not Shivers Homes. Lots of issues with some of their houses.

welcome neighbors ...

I live next to Ernest Gallet Elementary , been there for 10 yrs

only complaint is traffic on Bonin , Verot, & Chemin Metairie during school days ..... it's a cluster and if heading into LAF you will need to leave for work by 6:30 am.
