I bought them when Apple was over 400 and sold them around 350. This was done in a couple of months. My annualized return on that trade was awesome. You're out of your league on the poli board, but you are way out of your league here. Tuck your tail and walk away.

So in other words the stock DID move?

Your reading comprehension continues to suck. Let me lay it out for you real simple like.

Jobs dies
Stock doesn't move much at all
Stock goes up the next day
I buy puts
Stock goes down
I sell my puts

As I said. You buy puts before the stock goes down. This isn't the poli board where you can pull the race card every time you lose an argument, so 90% of your "intellectual" arsenal is missing here.

Understood, much clearer than your earlier formulation.

I didn't "lose" anything. There wasn't even an argument. I thought you said you made money on put-buying when the stock didn't move. It did move.
