I think they may have written it with her in mind. I put the first episode on and can't turn it off. It definitely gets better after the first few episodes!

Love the 30 Rock rapid-fire style of jokes. You can see Tina Fey's fingerprints all over this.

On episode 7. Very solid.
I thought Titus would get on my nerves, but they use his character well. He can be a bit much but plays off Kimmy well.
Ellie Kemper is looking good in this episode.

Same humor as 30 Rock (obviously) just more outlandish, often predictable, and a bit stupid in parts. Suffers dramatically from not having a Jack Donaghy character. Nevertheless, has it's laugh out loud moments and Kimmy is a good analogue for Tina Fey. Jane Krakowsi, like she did in 30 Rock, makes me want to strangle kittens with a garotte made of cat tails.
