Easily Bill Cosby. I'm 100% certain Cosby raped and drugged women. OTOH, I'm not certain at all about Michael Jackson's guilt. I think it's very possible Jacko had all these kids over because he was a lonely man who wanted to relive his childhood since he didn't have much of one due to his fame and his father's abuse.

Strickly by the OPs question, not making assumptions, take a look at MJ when he used to be a black man and then look at him when he was an ugly white woman. The shite he did was not normal, it was constantly weird. That one time he held his 9 month old infant over the balcony from the forth floor at a hotel in Berlin. Any cramp in the arm and "opps". Most people didn't think much of that incident because the cameras were zoomed in on him and the child, which didn't show the whole picture.
So MJ, weirdo champion. Cosby isn't in the top 10, IMO.
