It was okay. Some of the characters and scenes were laughable, but I felt like i got my $5 matinee price out of it. I know these are on the opposite ends of the spectrum, but I got more entertainment out of Jupiter than I did Lincoln.

I agree somewhat with the M. Knight comparison.
I love his visual style and he's obviously a talented director but they need to stop letting him write his own stuff and just direct.
