Ranch dressing or ranch seasoning like you use to make dips? Either way, sounds like a way to frick up some good fish.

Ranch dressing. I have about 20 filets vacuum sealed in my freezer, so if it sucks Ill start over. I'm just looking to mix it up and I heard it was legit.

Heard it was legit? Don't take cooking advice from roughnecks you meet in a Red Roof Inn parking lot.

Here, I found where you got your recipe. Pics was included there. Already had a nice chuckle over it so please don't go to any extra lengths on my behalf.

Rice dressing which is my favorite. I'm not a fan of the seafood stuffings with chicken. I like either the rice, sausage or the cornbread.

I also use the rice dressing stock they sell. Freezes well to make rice or cornbread dressing.
