I was just reading an article this morning-- one of many on the topic-- about acid's medical potential and the difficulties to get studies done due to the strictness of laws prohibiting it. It's a shame, because it really could be helpful for a number of problems... not to mention endorsements about its' creativity stimulating effects by the likes of Steve Jobs, among others.
Regrettably, it's easy to take too much and do something stupid like this kid. That's why we can't have nice things.
