It takes a special kind if person to believe this story. Zero arrest able offense and the kid pushes him. C'mon this kid would have a huge rap sheet if he was this dumb. Do the cops really think people are this dumb?

Not really, IMO.
He was drinking something.
IDK if that's SOP or not, but I imagine him being underage had a lot to do with it.
I'd bet money this kid collects money.
Most people are going to view that as an excessive use of force.

You guys do realize that the legal limit for a minor is 0.02 and not 0.08, right 
Had he blown a 0.08, he would have been four times over the legal limit, but don't expect JPSO to tell you all those facts

They cover for each other so they don't really care...especially JPSO. NOPD is a little difference.
I love JPSO friends of mine are complaining about the intrusion from the feds into this, but see nothing wrong about the cops intruding on the teen. I do agree that the state should have investigated before the feds, but intrusion is intrusion and nobody likes to be bullied.
