CP3. But Pierre is a stand up guy. He just didn't put his team on the map the way CP3 did with the former hornets

I think you guys are nuts. CP3 exited as quickly as he could. PT would claim this city his entire life if he could. PT is the man. He won a championship right? CP3 played some very good ball when he was here but he's a whiny little punk who jetted first chance he got.

And here's "that guy". There's no NBA in NOLA without CP3, but hey he's a whiny little bitch and hates our city right?

I coach HS basketball so that gives me the right to say this haha....kidding. Really I do appreciate what he did for the city but if he really cared he would have stayed and really built something here but he didn't. He rolled out on a city that truly cared for him and the team. AND I don't think he would have ever done the Special Man commercial like our current star and for that reason alone we should vote for PT.

So fricking dumb. Let's not even discuss how he put this franchise on the map with DWest. Do you realize how shitty our situation was for a while there? You know, not having an owner.

CP3 could have easily stood pat then signed elsewhere. He wanted us to get value for him. He didn't make it a big media circus.

I want to hate him for being so good but I can't.

I love PT. He may be my all time favorite Saint. All heart. None of the accolades. I'm still pretty miffed they dumped him to save less than 2 mil.

I'm just saying we are on Pelicans Talk talking about AD dropping 39/13/8. It's just time to get over CP3 leaving and move on. Things worked out.

I wasn't talking about that but I do find it funny that people think he just rolled out like it was no big deal or that he was being a bitch about it. We had no owner, no direction, no money to spend in FA, etc, etc. Again, he could have easily just walked away but he let management know he wouldn't re-sign without the ownership situation cleared up & we got value for him.

CP3 definitely had more of an effect on the franchise and the team. I also don't blame him for leaving under the circumstances.

I also admire Pierre Thomas.

Very real worries during the Shinn tenure that they wouldn't make monthly payroll. The Shinn infrastructure was Rachel Phelps level bad.

I love PT but this isn't even close. CP3 by a distance unmeasurable by the human mind
