Go find me the last time that's happened, I'll wait.

In recent history the MVP has gone to player who leads the league in WIN SHARES. In 5 of the last 6 seasons, the NBA leader in wins shares has won the MVP award. Not surprisingly, the NBA leader in win shares this year is James Harden.

Win Shares
1. James Harden ? HOU 12.4
2. Stephen Curry ? GSW 11.4
3. Chris Paul ? LAC 11.3
4. Anthony Davis ? NOP 10.3
5. DeAndre Jordan ? LAC 9.5
6. Jimmy Butler ? CHI 9.5
7. Damian Lillard ? POR 8.3
8. Tyson Chandler ? DAL 8.3
9. Kyrie Irving ? CLE 8.1
10. Marc Gasol ? MEM 8.0
11. Pau Gasol ? CHI 7.8
12. Russell Westbrook ? OKC 7.6
13. LeBron James ? CLE 7.6
14. Kevin Love ? CLE 7.5
15. Al Horford ? ATL 7.2
16. Paul Millsap ? ATL 6.9
17. Jeff Teague ? ATL 6.8
18. Blake Griffin ? LAC 6.8
19. Klay Thompson ? GSW 6.6
20. Derrick Favors ? UTA 6.5

Me, you, hendo and I think Rondo...that's who I remember supporting RW when it seemed like everyone from the National media to this board was shitting all over him. He's been my favorite non-rocket for a long time.

eh Houston. Top 2-3 ish defense. Players are dislikeable by those outside the team/fanbase. Couple tough guy types Bev Ariza etc.

Did the "Bad Boys" have a player as soft as Dwight Howard?

Son, me not Rondo.

We are also the only ones to criticize Durant for playing passive and disappearing in crunch time.

The year OKC went to the finals was the apex of the great Westbrook debate.

No!

Beverly isn't tough he is just a cheap shot artist!

Houston is a good team, but there is a legitimate chance yall will not make it out of the first round.

I know I see my favorite teams through homer glasses, but dude you are on another level right now.

I hope you are just joking around.

Hate to break it to ya bro, but there's a legit chance that every western conference team loses in the first round. I don't think anybody would argue that.

Dude grew up on the South side of Chicago. 2nd team all NBA defense last year. You don't win all nba accolades by being a cheap shot artist.

May as well start laying that foundation down early.
