This loss doesnt hurt like the announcers were claiming, but that doesn't excuse this shite show and total lack of effort.

Oh, I completely agree. The effort was infuriating. The entire game was infuriating.
Still, win 1 in the SEC tourney, probably against another bad team, and LSU is dancing.

Agreed. Ive felt for a while that we'd be better served not gettng the double bye and playing a lesser team first. That said, lesser teams are exactly who give us trouble.

No. The Arkansas game won't hurt us if we lose, but if we win then we are a lock for the dance. We need one win in the SEC tourney

The vocal minority of the fans on this website are reactionary babies who don't know how to rationalize and put things in perspective in relation to the entire picture. Just playing Arkansas will bring our RPI up. We will still be in on 90+ of 96 brackets on BracketMatrix even with a loss to Arky at a much more favorable 10/11 seed. The team can be inconsistent and incredibly frustrating, but they can also play like a top 25 team. If the team shows up Saturday, which they undoubtedly will, we can easily beat Arkansas.

Exactly and we have the worst RPI and SOS out of the SEC teams they are in as of right now. I think we get left out with a loss to arky

When Matt told him about that UGA team that won the conference tourney as a 4-12 team in league play, he seemed like he completely forgot about it.

I think most people do, that Georgia team was not good, but history is not on LSU's side (when's the last time we won the tourney? like 30+ years ago?)
