How much shade do you get in your garden?
A lot of times the shaded plants will make nice foliage but won't produce much fruit.
Variety of tomato will have an effect on production. Heirlooms are notorious for not being heat tolerate and not setting blossoms.
If your fruit is setting but then developing bloom end rot, then that is a calcium issue.

ammonium sulfate not aluminum sulfate

Aluminum Sulfate is right in this answer.
Aluminum Sulfate not Ammonium Sulfate will change pH quickly but Aluminum toxicity is a risk.

Probably 8 hours of direct sun. Only because it's against my wooden fence. Haven't seen anything like blossom end rot. Birds and insects kinda go crazy on them sometimes. Also suspect rats.

That's enough sun to grow.
Squirrels hammered my garden last year. Every time anything got close to ripe, the squirrels would take it.
If you have the same trouble this year with your tomatoes, take a picture of the plant and I'll see if I can identify whatever is wrong.
Keep a log of what you apply to the garden. That'll help diagnose.

Hopefully just pests. Honestly the plants all look very healthy.
