U.S. commercial crude oil inventories (excluding those in the Strategic Petroleum
Reserve) increased by 10.3 million barrels from the previous week. At 444.4 million
barrels, U.S. crude oil inventories are at the highest level for this time of year in at least
the last 80 years.

Wasn't it less than expected though? Price of crude ended up nicely today.

Longterm it doesn't matter if it was less than expected, besides, a double digit build by EIA numbers isn't something that should be expected.
I did find an article today that finally stated actual storage capacity numbers and it seems like we are only at 60% nationwide despite all the hedge fund articles that keep claiming that storage will be full any time now.
