So that's how it makes it.
Couldn't tell you what it truly tastes like, but I sure do adore it drunk. It has become somewhat of a tradition if my hotel is in WHD to get it after the bar and take off my clothes and eat it on the hotel floor without a plate

Cuchon Butcher & Barcadia are probably my favorites in the neighborhood.
