It's not a dumb question. It's for all those who think Bregman is untouchable or one of the best players at LSU. He showed a ton of promise his freshman year. He was really good. But last year was a step back. A disappointment. And this year, he's still just a good not great player for LSU. Nothing wrong with that at all. It's not an insult.

Mabye try a bunt/layup to get out of slump?

There's about 8 guys better right now

Surely you jest

He hitting around. 330, gone deep twice, leads team in extra base hits and rbis.
No one can honestly think there are 8 players hitting better than him. He's probably 2nd behind scivicque in the early going.

He's not hitting 330 and fraley, foster, laird and sciv are all better than him right now.
I am not knocking bregman at all but no player should be untouchable from dropping or moving up in the lineup

His BA was higher than only KRob among the regulars going into this week.

He's not hitting 330
I said around 330 because I didn't know for sure. Look like he's at .327.
I'd say that qualifies.

Where does he stack up against the rest of the guys who get regular PT?
re: Players who have started every gamePosted by TigerCub on 3/4/15 at 6:09 pm to BayouBengals18
So now he should sit entirely?
re: Players who have started every gamePosted by BayouBengals18 on 3/4/15 at 6:23 pm to TigerCub
Did I insinuate that at all...?
re: Players who have started every gamePosted by TigerCub on 3/4/15 at 6:25 pm to BayouBengals18
You asked about his playing time compared to others
re: Players who have started every gamePosted by redfieldk717 on 3/4/15 at 6:34 pm to TigerCub
I think he meant his batting average compared to the batting average of the regular starters.
re: Players who have started every gamePosted by TigerCub on 3/4/15 at 6:38 pm to redfieldk717
My bad then
re: Players who have started every gamePosted by BayouBengals18 on 3/4/15 at 6:54 pm to TigerCub
Yeah, sorry. I meant BA.
People are quick to point out his .327 BA, but a day or two ago he was only our 8th best hitter. That may have changed after the last two days, though.
And we all know Bregs gettin all the PT. Paul would never pull his golden boy out of a game.
