Dead Space Series (potential spoilers down the OP)

I just finished another round of Dead Space 3 (finished a round of DS2 several days back).
I didn't quite realize how easy DS3 is compared to the others. JMO.
Anyway, potential spoilers below concerning story and new DS games:
DS3 ended in a way that supposedly could have wrapped it all up, but Awakened (DLC) said f that. A new DS game can definitely happen based on where things left off. A quick google search showed conflicting reports if a new one will be made or not. Board's opinions?

That would be great. I love the DS series, even DS3. I dont care for the story much, the games were alot of fun to play.

DS2 was by far the best. Ds1 was meh. DS3 was okay until the end, and then it just went full retard for the last few hours

DS3 just lost that creepy factor the others had.

I disagree. DS1 was by far the creepiest. I always felt that I was being followed and would turn around often. DS2 improved the mechanics, but it lost a good bit of the creepiness.
I never played DS3.
I never played DS3.

Hated that Isaac was silent. Hated the 0 gravity segments. Hated the nonstop fetching. Just felt like a linear romp through a space station.

Dead space 1 was the best to me. Creepy, survival horror type. Ds2 had better mechanics but wasn't as scary. And ds3 became a straight up fps. Series could have been great if they would have stuck to their roots.
