Fast food restaurants open at 6 am?

No food at home. Have to be at work by 7. Trying to eat healthy. What are my options.

Yeah, I generally never have fast food minus chin fila but I dont even think anything is open at that time other than dunkin donuts. I.it isn't a huge calorie hit that I'm worried about. I don't have lunch.

Healthy + fast food does not compute. Take the 10 minutes you'd spend in a fast food line to hit the nearest grocery store and dash in for a box of Kashi TLC bars, an apple, and a bottle of V-8. If you need more protein, buy a bag of nuts.

I get a grilled chicen burrito from the gas station near my work place, they pretty damn good.
