Why would your age matter?

Put your shite on LinkedIn and be done.

I would figure out where you want to live and research the type of companies there that embrace your experience type or career path. Search their career page on the company's site and submit resume if you see a good fit. You'd be amazed that most reputable companies check those and they don't just go into a database that never gets checked.

Other than my first job out of college, the three other jobs I've had were successful going this route.

Also, what is your current profession and focus? Different outlets are better for different type careers.

LinkedIn is about $600.00/ad. Is it any better than Monster, Indeed, Careerbuilder? All charge, which is fine, but which site is best?

I assume you are recruiting?

That would mean you WANTED resumes?

But your thread title says "What is the go to website for posting resumes for the 28-40 y/o crowd?"

Inarticulate much brah? The Mississippi State fan explains the poor composition skills. One state HAS to be Number Fifty.

Yes, I am recruiting. Doesn't it make sense to recruit from the most popular site? Get in the ballgame man.

I'm just curious to know what this particular "logistics" job entails. I'm not in the market for a job, but I do work in logistics.

Job is basically placing PO's to foreign suppliers based on inventory in US warehouses and customer forecasts. Getting the product shipped on Third party carriers to the US and tracking cargo on boats and rail. Lots of time on computers, managing freight rates, lanes, reports. It's not for everyone.
