What's so funny? Milwaukee and Pittsburg will be fighting for the division and the cards should be worried about the cubs taking their wild card spot.

Their pitching is going to have them in a lot of games. I actually wouldnt be totally shocked if they finished ahead of NYM or Miami.

I could see that. 3rd place is the ceiling. 4th most likely. Last is still a possibility, but not likely.

I really think it. Pitching will be better, I think. The only offense they're losing is J. Upton (suck it, Heyward homos). Cutting down on strike outs will help alleviate some of that. Defense will be above average. They'll have a chip on their shoulders due to all the naysayers.
Of course they could finish with 70 wins and I'll look like a fool. Or they could win the NL East and make me look like a genius. But I'm guessing it's gonna be somewhere in between.

Well predicting better than .500 and finishing higher than the nats and fish are two different things.
I think you guys can approach .500 but stay on the wrong side of it.

You say that like the offense wasn't abysmal last year. i think it could be the worst offense in baseball this year.

I've been on this board screaming for well over a month that the Braves will be a legitimate team, they will win 90+ games, Kelly Johnson will play a key role, Fredi will win manager of the year and all I get are lol thingies or just completely ignored. People I predicted the Rays from worst to first during the 2008 preseason, I said last preseason the Braves would suck...I am not trollng

so they didnt get rid of a catcher? seems like they actually had one that could hit at one time..
barves have no hits, they suck at offense and will continue to suck at offense.
