A bit of a deeper dive piece on Google's Project Loon from The Verge...

This project is amazing. The only problem is that many countries-places like China, Turkey, and others in the Middle East-will not want unfettered access to the Inernet that Google envisions providing. So what's to stop them from either taking these things out of the sky, jamming, or just preventing them, much less taking Google to task or hurting them financially?

Wow! An actual technology article!
But will it tell me which TV to buy or why my antenna won't pick up ESPN?

Espn doesn't broadcast an unencrypted signal OTA. Or, in other words, they won't let your antenna pick them up.

I am getting a 404 error on that link. Did the Verge take it down?

Had multiple cord cutting threads open and was flipping between them. Didn't read your whole post, I guess.
