I had basically the same thing happen to me when I was 19. She didn't cheat on me with anyone local it was where she was working. When I found out she asked if we could be friends. I told her not a fricking chance. Never have spoken one word to her since. I was a wreck for a month but I rebounded and partied my arse off for 10yrs. Some of the best years of my life!

Listen to everyone here. Do not get on social media. Do not go look at her accounts. It will take a lot of will power, but do not. I wouldn't recommend getting drunk if you think you will end up feeling miserable. In the next few weeks, do a lot of things that you love doing that takes everything off your mind. Go to the gym, watch a lot of movies, play a lot of video games, hang out with friends, etc. Just whatever you enjoy doing most that is time consuming. Good luck.

You'll never know why and really, who gives a shite. I had one of my exes call me the other day and by mistake I answered not recognizing the number. Not wanting to be rude, I listened to her tell me about her shitty life right up until she started talking about her new BF. At that point I couldn't take it anymore. I laughed my arse off and hung up on her. She called back 10 times in a row. Coincidently, I got a promotion a few weeks back and she had heard about it. Great advice here tonight. It gets better man. Trust me

How old are you? If you are like 25-30 its no biggie, I PROMISE you that no matter how in love you felt you will feel more in love than that with one of the next girls, it just will suck for a bit. If you are like 50+ that really sucks though and I don't know what to say....

I've been on both sides and after I had my ex break up with me, I went out 3 nights a week. I slayed as much poon as possible and I realized there's so much better options out there. I thought I was in "love", however, after having a bunch of one night stands I understood that the impression of "love" I had was nothing more than a pipedream.

Had it happen to me, but she was fricking a few of my friends. I fricked her 20 year old coworker last week though. Sucks, but gotta get over it. I got rid of her, a best friend who was fricking her, and 3 other friends who were also fricking her.
