Sold her for $4500. Still miss her though. That thing would go anywhere.

these are the only pics i have at the moment
2002 Tacaoma 4cyl bought with 17k miles, sold with 180k in 2011. I should have held onto it for a few more years, 3" lift, 33" tires, No Cats or muffler - "straight Pipe"

First full size truck i ever owned. Order it from the factory and waited close to 3mo for delivery. It was '98 GMC Sierra X-cab, SLE option, 5.7L, locking differential and a 5-speed trans :) After a few thousand miles i added JBA headers, mach pulleys and borla exhaust. My best 1/4 time at No Problem Raceway was a 13.9 and when Katrina hit i had 56k miles on it. No pics but that's the truck i miss till this day!!

not mine, but I had this identical truck in college. 99 pre runner with a v6. I sold it after I graduated and had the itch for something bigger. I had so much fun during the college years with this truck. I ran the vin number last year and someone still has it in Mississippi and it has well over 200,000 miles on it.

This truck:

only it was southern comfort, and had a green fade that I haven't seen before or since then. The saddest part for me is I still have dreams where I'm driving that truck and every detail is there, the way it smelled, the buzzer when it fired up, the way the leather was cracked....then I wake up and its gone.

My buddy sent me a picture of it driving in Gonzalez about 2 years ago and it was like finding out my woman had been cheating on me, I really do think its possible to love a truck.

I had one just like this. I would buy another if I could find a clean one.

Not this particular truck, but looked just like it....

'95 2dr Tahoe 4x4, last year they put the 4wd shift on the floor...

That's what happens when you have twins.... You sell it to your mechanic....

I miss my Z71 too.

Had a 2003, traded it in with 100k on a GMC Denali in 08. Hated it. The 03 was my first nice new truck, and the first truck I bought after getting out of college and getting a real job. Just so many memories.

Drove this for 5 years and nearly 100,000 miles; sold it for $5k less than I paid for it (bought it with 70k miles). Still regret selling.

this of course is not mine, but I had one like it and damn I would give a lot to have it and drive around. No AC, vinyl floor, vinyl bench seat, 4 speed, little mudders on back. three good strong teenagers could pick up the back and slide it over if stuck in a mudhole, or two of em could push it out.

And the blue is cool.

I've had three CJ5s, all pre AMC. Regret selling any of them. Most favorite was the 68 CJ5 with the 225 CI Buick v6. That thing was a beast.

1971 Chevy 4x4 short bed, step side, inline 6.
1951 Chevy 3100, 5 window.
And my current 1997 Taco 4x4 2.7 5speed. Never sell it.

Cars: 1963 1/2 Ford Falcon Sprint 260 4 speed
1972 Volvo 1800 ES.

All the rest of my stuff just smelled good new.
