That would be a long list considering that the campus has been in Baton Rouge for around 125 years.

A grove dedicated to an LSU student killed in WWI was paved over to enlarge the Union parking lot in the late '80s

Are you talking about the memorial Oak grove? Its still there.

From LSU's website:

"The LSU Memorial Oak Grove, which is located just south of the present day Student Union, was dedicated in 1926. There are 30 trees, each dedicated to a fallen soldier who gave his life in service to the United States. One tree is dedicated to The Unknown, representing all who are missing in action and are remembered for their bravery."

All the buildings on the site of the new bookstore and parking garage. I know there was a dining hall and an African American Studies building.

Does anyone know if any buildings are left of LSU's original Baton Rouge Campus where the state capital is now?

In 1884, the General Assembly of Louisiana passed a resolution allocating the full usage of the buildings and grounds of the Pentagon Barracks to Louisiana State University. The University gained full possession of the grounds in 1886 and remained there until moving to the current location of the campus in 1926.
