Pedialyte and Advil before bed. (Or Gatorade or 32 oz of water)
Big greasy breakfast, Weed, and Xanax in the morning.
Continue drinking fluids.

This could work if you're funneling it into your vagina. You want to cure a hangover, you find the cheapest rock-gut whiskey and shoot it straight from the bottle first thing after waking up. I cannot emphasize enough that it should be warm or hot, throw it in the microwave if you can.
