the only one more pessimistic was silvers chart and that one is based solely on RAPM of individual players
bottom line is they must creep ahead of the thunder in March and hope PHX doesn't go on a tear. April schedule is .500 at best without a minor miracle

Thunder is playing strong now. Don't think they will be caught. Yes, they lost two close ones on the road back to back, but they got some players at trade deadline that have meshed in almost perfectly. Even without Durant, who will return soon, this team is built to win now.
I love my Pelicans, but I don't think they squeeze in this year.
