A game for the ages, indeed, but it seems to replay every night. I have U-Verse and if it's not on Longhorn Network it's on another sports channel.

Anyone else seen this replay over 10 times?

The Texas vs Michigan Rose Bowl was just as good a game but no one remembers it.

That UT-Michigan game was amazing. It'd be nice to see that one in place of some of the showings of the BCSMNCG with USC.

The existence of the Longhorn network is absurd.

I bet the 2005 and 2006 Rose Bowls play on a loop on the LHN. Vince Young should have the rest of his life paid for by Longhorn boosters (and Mack Brown for that matter).

Leinart wasn't wrong. USC was the better team.

Based on what? UT was stacked. Great on both sides of the ball.

The Longhorn Network shows more historic Texas games than just those two, such as '69 Arkansas and Oklahoma, '76 and '77 Arkansas, early 80s Oklahoma, 1983 A&M, several games from the 2005 regular season... the list goes on.

Best championship game of the BCS era, imo.I don't really think anyone would dispute that. And I absolutely loathe UT and USC.

Ohio State fans would certainly disagree with that.

But no one seems butthurt that VY got a TD on an option where his knee was clearly down

It was only the worst call in BCS history, cheating one of the greatest teams in college football history from a deserved repeat.

Butt hurts.
Truth hurts.

Well if there weren't poor calls against Ohio State (arguably two on one play that would have put the game away) this would be afterthought. Not to mention, much of the controversy isn't so much about whether a penalty occurred, besides whether should have been holding or PI, it's related to the delay in the flag being thrown. The timing of the flag is irrelevant to the the debate whether a penalty occurred or not.

Regardless, as an Ohio State fan, I still think the Texas-USC game was the best game in BCS history, if not CFB history.
