"The Entity" with Barbara Hershey where she's raped by the poltergeist
The deleted scene in "The Fly" where Jeff Goldblum chews off the extra new appendage on his waist
Guy's wife and the puss coming out of her eye (original theater release cut) in "Pet Cemetery" when she kisses him at the very end.
And...I've only seen it once. Just one time and I don't know how the hell it ever got on TV. The original cut of "Memphis Belle" when the blown up B-17's crew member is blown out of the lead bomber and smacks the nose glass of Memphis Belle. This was only in the test-audience showing, but somehow ended up on TV. I have never, ever seen it since then (seen the movie dozens of times) and it's sort of urban legend with the movie with those in the know.

I don't remember what movie it was, maybe the Amityville horror. Some guy(maybe it was a girl?) looked out a window at night and all you see is 2 red eyes staring back at them in the darkness. No thank you...

there's a sequel?
Yes, and it's awful.
Pennywise in the gutter from It fricked me up as a kid.
In Silver Bullet, the werewolf in the fog scarred me as well. This movie made me absolutely terrified of horror movies as a kid (I love them now).
The single movie that fricked me up the most was Jaws. No matter where I am swimming, a shark is always in the back of my mind, especially if it's at night.
But my #1 for these threads when they pop up is always the same. In The Shining, when he's walking around the hotel and sees the bear suit person giving oral sex to the tuxedo dude, that takes the cake. It's just so random and out of place that it creeps me the frick out more than most other things in movies. It's just so fricking weird.

The Green Mile with the mouse getting stepped on.
The Green mile with a few of the execution scenes.

Any slow knife death like Saving Private Ryan and One False Move.
Mason Verger in Hannibal also wasn't a fan of Ray eating his own brain.
The CBS movie about the Hi-Fi murders has really stuck with me. The thugs made people drink drano and shot them in the head.
Some Hammer film had a midget fall on an axe. That has stuck with me along with Dracula ripping Frankenstein into pieces.

Another movie that really stuck with me as a kid had a scene where a woman looked through some binoculars and 2 nails shot into her eyes.

What a travesty!
That movie was supposed to be a sexual thriller staring Madonna and it turned into a nightmare sexual comedy featuring Dan Aykroyd and She Beast.

I really think I have avoided rewatching that movie because of that scene.
My sister doesn't like bugs. She wanted to know if I thought she would like Kong. Told her it would probably give her nightmares for the rest of her life.
