SEC Network+ Help.......

Okay, I have Dish Network, SEC Network....but for some reason I get "user not authorized" when I try to watch SEC Network+. What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.

I doubt this is it, but you will get that message if you are using an account attached to a commercial business.
